Loose weight in an healthy way?

What is a good way for a 12 year old too... get healthy and loose weight not having to get rid of all the good

    at 12, you're too young to go on a "diet" you're still growing and any dieting you do could stunt your growth. i would suggest exercising and cutting out fried foods and sugars. acne may not necessarily be coming from being over weight tho. you may need to go to a dermatologist. good luck!!

U could start a sport team that u may be good at, thats what i did.

wash your face often with soap thats not oily and dont touch your face. Its called puberty and if you dont have your period it can be a sign that you will get it soon. Dont eat past 8:30 and not too much bread, rice etc Dont drink coke, sprite its very bad. Plenty of water. Just by thayt you will lose weight also walk alot dont be lazy when you watch tv do some stretches and excersise on the floor good luck sweety

aww hunni . welll i suggest you drink a lot of water . first of all it'll help clear up the acne and it'll help you loose weight. Preferrably Warm water . like if you're cleaning a greasy pan, you use hot water cause it cuts through the grease . and grease is like fat . So if you use warm water, it'll slowly get rid of the fat . and you don't want to drink hot water, because it'll burn your throat ; thats what happend to my friend so please dont try that . And basically water is a 2 in 1 . It'll help with your weight and it'll get rid of all the dirt! Also eat healthier, it'll be better for your weight , and also what goes inside reflects on the out. Try badminton! I lost 20 lbs in just a few months. All my friends who play the sport swear they've lost the excess weight and still managed to have fun which is rare when trying to get rid of all that body fat. It also helps give you a healthy glow because of all the activity on court. My whole family plays badminton. It's not only healthy but fun as well.

Diet soda is just as bad as regular soda so drink water No junk food. Smaller portions and eat more slowly. Don't gulp food and listen to your head and stomach. if they say, FULL...stop eating. Exercise, 30 minutes a day Eat your fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water Join a sports team. Just do the basic stuff. You're still young and your bodies still changing. If your really that fat than ask your doctor. Don't go on a strict diet unless your doctor tells you.

First of all, how much do you weigh? do not get desperate and go bulimic or anorexic. If you are 110 lbs or under, dont lose any weight, you are perfect that way. Second, to get rid of acne, use proactive and/or LIGHTLY scrub your face everyday with gentle soap. Acne will eventually go away on its own as you grow out of adolescence
