Make up for hazel eyes with light skin and strawberry blonde hair?

Make-up for blue eyes, light skin, dirty blonde hair?

• So, I have blue-grey eyes that are fairly big and I want eyeliner & mascara that will REALLY make the blue pop. I can't wear liquid eyeliner because of my contacts, but I want the mascara to lengthen my lashes and voluminize, but I hate chunks and like a cleaner look, but not so clean that it doesn't look like I'm wearing any. Any suggestions? My skin is light and can break out, so I need a foundation that is light, will cover-up, and brightens my face. I do not like powder because it makes my face oily. Also, if you have any suggestions on how to put the makeup on to make my eyes pop, I am open to it:) Thanks so much!

  Try a powder foundation, but dont use a pad to put it on, use a brush, and keep it clean, and as for your eyes use browns and golds and that will bring out your eyes the best, stay away from blues, because that will make them look dull, and try a little blush, not many girls wear it but it makes a big difference!
