You can try the lip plumper lip gloss or there are lip plumping devices you can buy. You put it over your lips and it air sucks them so they're bigger.

I USE A ICE CUBE IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT. I SUCK ON THE ICE CUBE THEN APPLY MY MAKE UP... ALSO USING A SLIGHTLY DARKER LINER ON YOUR LIPS JUST A LITTLE ABOVE AND BELOW THE LIP LINE THEN BLENCING IT WITH A FINGER OR COTTON SWAB ALSO HELPS. I ALWAYS HAVE GUYS SAY THEY LOVE MY LIPS.

haha that lip plumper gloss doesn't work lol. just punch your lips a few times....it'll swell up and get larger LOL LOL
