How to make makeup at home?

• hello, im trying to cope with the fact that i cant wear makeup until im 16 do all i have to consider as makeup is black costume makeup. When i go to the mall i get some of those little mascara things and dip it in my costume makeup to make mascara but the costume makeup never dries. I tried to do eyeliner with it but it looked terrible and since it never dries it got everywhere.   I think that you are really pretty. If you really want to use make up, mix the costume make up with a bit of oil(if its oil based, if not, mix it with water) keep it thick, not to watery. Use a cotton swab to apply it on your eyes and it might work as mascara if you used water because water does dry. if you are allowed to use foundation, you can substitute it for eye shadow by mixing it. Also, use a tinted chapstick to give more color to your lips. You can;t really make make up but this is what i can think of. Hope it helped!
