What to do with a b&B i had booked?

SKin79 Hot Pink BB Cream: Does it break me out because I don't wash my face right?

  • I wash my face morning and night like every normal person should, and then some bc I have oily acne prone skin. At night specifically I wash, tone, and dab a little moisturizer under my eyes (I use moisturizer only during the day because too much moisturizer doesn't seem to help me at all). I recently purchased my first BB cream product (if you dunno what it is you shouldn't be answering my question :P), the Skin79 Hot Pink Super Plus Beblesh Balm. But after about a week I realized my acne breakout of several tiny bumps and some larger than usual whiteheads was likely caused by the BB cream since it's the only thing I changed in my routine. After doing more investigation online, I found out that although this is the bestselling BB cream in the world, many people have reported breakouts as well. I've stopped using the BB for a week and now my skin has gone back to its normal condition. But after doing even MORE investigation, I see that if you don't wash your face thoroughly, this can be the cause of breakouts when using any BB cream. I'm hoping I can go back to trying out my BB cream if washing it off correctly will prevent breakouts. So if this is this the case, how exactly am I supposed to wash it off? I have just heard of double cleansing, where you use a cleansing oil before your normal cleanser. If I do this do you think that will let me use my BB cream without causing breakouts? I really hope so, if you have any personal experiences please share them! Thanks, sorry for the long question.

Hi there! :D It might be that Skin79's Hot Pink BB Cream just isn't working with your skin--if you are indeed using a cleanser at night followed by a toner and moisturizer. Just because it works well for most people doesn't always mean that it's right for you. Because of this, I'd really suggest trying different types of BB cream to find out what works best for you. If you don't already, use a cotton pad to swipe your toner onto your face. If you look at the cotton pad and there's a lot of BB cream on it, you may need to pick a different cleanser. Some people prefer double cleansing, but personally, I don't.

BB cream acts like a foundation. U have to use cleansing milk/oil to clean it off 1st. Then u could start ur facial wash daily routine. And also apply pimple cream!
