How to get good healthy skin? read on please ...?

I am 15 years old. I have oily skin, BIG blackheads on my nose and some on my cheeks, I have big pores. I moisturise daily. And thats all i do... I eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables and don't smother my face in make-up and yet i still don't have good skin :( I want to wear make-up but i don't have the confidence, and i thought it was really bad for your skin and clogged up your pores and made your skin discolour in areas... but at the same time i see girls who wear make-up daily and then one day they don't wear any make-up and look absolutely amazing! I like the natural look but i do sometimes really think i need make-up. Is make-up bad for your skin? Is there brands that are especially good for your skin? How would it be possible to wear make-up often but then when i'm having an off day and can not be bothered with make-up, still have great skin? with even skin tone and no spots and blackheads?

Make up is terrible for your skin of course!!!!! it has oil on it to keep it on your face for a long time making your pores clogged!! make up cause acne to and so does moisturizing! moisturizing makes it more oily because your putting lotion...on your oily skin...making it more oily! :p just drink lots of water, eat fruits, and exericise!

I know exactly how you feel, first of all drink plenty of water and you will notice a huge difference, also i recommend exercise to. Wash your face everyday and night (Sometimes the most expensive products are not always the best) Stick with moisturizing, personally i do not recommend toner's they didn't work for me. Also if you can use a face scrub, that will should help with the black heads. If you want to wear makeup, i think you should start of with tinted moisturizer until your skin gets back on track, than maybe move slowly onto makeup. Hope it helped.

Go to your doctor and tell him/her what's bothering you and they'll either try cream or antibiotics or ask if you can be refered to a dermatologist.. what i use that completely clearded up my skin was oatmeal.. it sounds crazy but it works, mix some oats with 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 5 drops of tea tree oil and 2 teaspoons of sudocrem.. only use the sudocrem if you have acne though, you need to make sure it's not to thick so that you can't spread it over your face but it can't be to runny because it will just run off, so if it's too thick add more lemon juice or honey and if its too runny add more oats, make sure it's all mixed properly aswell, use this once a day and in a week you should see results, hope this helps, good luck!

I have heard that it is a myth that eating a healthy diet can help with acne. Also, I just wear mascara every day and don't have too bad of skin. To keep your skin great, I would just make sure you wash your face, especially if your going to wear makeup. Yes, makeup can be bad for your skin if you don't wash your face. I wash my face every night with Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser. My cousin uses hypoallergenic makeup brands, because otherwise she will get some funky rashes and break out... Sorry I may not be much help >.>
