What are some cute hair and makeup ideas?

• Ok, my sister is having a sleepover party, and the theme is hair and makeup. I, being the good big sister that I am lol, am going to be doing their hair and makeup. So can I have some cute hair and makeup ideas? These girls are 12 to 13 years old. Let me explain. One of the girls is Spanish. She has very tan skin, dark brown hair (she has a perm) about down to her armpits lol and bangs, and feels that her eyes look best in blues and purples. What do you think her eyes would look best in or do you agree with her? A makeup idea, (eyes, cheeks, lips, the whole thing) for her would be great. Also, a hair idea would be appreciated. The second girl is also Spanish, tall, very tan, straight, flat black hair down to her shoulders that she wears in front of her face to hide it (no bangs). She is very self conscious and shy so maybe something a little less in the makeup department would be good for her. Or maybe, we could change it up and make her pop since she's usually so ... boring lol. Your choice though. I definitely think that her hair should be out of her face whatever you choose. The third girl has light, creamy tanned skin. Its kind of hard to explain, so I'll just say she's on a lighter side of tan. She has straight brown hair and bangs that are growing out. She's just funny and nice, but she loves makeup. She likes oranges on her eyes, so that being said, I'm sure she won't mind bright colors. She also did her makeup like dark and mysterious Taylor Swift's once at my sister's slumber party and it looked really good too, so, your call. Her eyes are really the main focus, but lips and cheeks are a must as well. She loves mascara and eyeliner. A hairstyle for her, too. The fourth girl is the third girl's sister and they look exactly alike, except this girl is the youngest at the party - she's 11, but she acts VERY mature, so she could pass off as 12 or 13. She doesn't care what her makeup looks like, as long as it looks good. She loves eye liner and mascara. Makeup and hair for her too. The next girl is an Irish girl. She has very curly brown hair down to her armpits, and very blue eyes. She has pale skin and freckles and side bangs and long, curly black lashes that look even better with mascara on. She smiles a lot, so something that compliments her smile would be nice. Her eyes look nice in any color. One thing I noticed is that she has very white teeth if that helps. A makeup (the whole thing) and hair idea for her would be great. And last, my sister. My sister is pretty short, she has black wavy hair that looks a lot like Demi Lovato's. She has small brown eyes and tan skin from tanning in the sun. She has yellowy teeth, but not gross yellow, just yellow tinted. Her teeth are pretty messed up, too, all crooked, so.   WOW that is a long question lol 1st girl - I'm guessing she has brown eyes too. I agree with the purple, not really the blue. Purple brings out brown eyes. I would apply a lavender color all over her lid, and a deep plum or brown eyeshadow for the crease, and blend well. Then take a nice pearl color as a highlight under the eyebrows. I wouldn't put blush or bronzer on her though... For lips, a nice pinkish nude lipstick or gloss would work. For hair, since she has a perm, try to change it up. Straighten her hair using a flat iron. Or try loose waves. If you don't have a curling iron, search on youtube 'curl hair with flat iron' 2nd girl - Maybe a little eyeliner on the top lashline, and outer half of the lower lashline. Give her a nice rosy pink blush on the apples of her cheeks. Put like a beige/skin color all over the lid, a darker color in the crease, like a light brown. Straighten her hair too. 5th girl - Neutral eye as well. No eyeliner. Mascara, brown if you have it. Light pink blush, a little bronzer, and any lipstick. Sister - Neutral eye, eyeliner, mascara. Don't use a highlight color. Don't bring too much attention to her mouth, to keep attention away from her teeth. So... use a lipstick that is pretty much her natural lip color or a shade darker. Straighten her hair.
