you need to make it ur default pic.... i made my pic...my default pic on the yahoo 360... and it appeared!

Whoa, that's weird.... When you click on the link to this question, at first it looks like a girl with short black hair. Then when it shows you the question, it looks like a guy.... I think your computer might be a liiiiiittle messed up.
