How do I get rid of dark circles around my eyes?

  • Like, around my eyes its a little dark and I have lots of vains around my eyes. I use foundation but it doesnt do a great job. Sure, It helps but I want my eyes to brighten up. Is there any type of eye makeup thats good? or any methods? please help. Thanx=]

    Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience. Hope this helps. :)

I'm sorry for bad english.. please take time to read this! I think cucumbers will works a bit but it'll help you. a bit is better than nothing. cucumbers are also an excellent skin toner. two cold spoons works. do this every morning, after exercising. put the one spoon in your left eye. and the another spoon put it in your right eye. Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. concealer helps a LITTLE bit. BUT there is one way that you can brighten your eyes without doing all that junk to get rid of your dark circles 1) white eyeliner around inner corner of eyes brightens 2) eyeshadow in light colors 3) peach or nude shimmery eye shadow is good too hope i helped!

If we had Yahoo answers in the 1700's there would be people asking -- how do I get rid of my dark skin all over my body? I have dark circles and they are definitely genetic. The better question to me is -- how do we get rid of peoples bias against dark circles?

You can use yellow concealer. Physicians Formula makes one and Merle Norman Cosmetics.Put it on before you put your foundation on. The yellow contrast the dark circles.

If none of the stuff other answers are true or don't work, it could be because you are near sighted. When I started noticing that I had dark rings under my eyes, I also noticed my eyesight getting worse.

put concealer under your eyes and on your eyelids and blend it in. it makes your eyes look less darkish & a lot brighter hope that helped XD
