Where can I find those eyeshadow samples with designs on them?

I keep seeing them in sidebar ads that say something about "sign up and get free samples!" But they don't really send you anything but coupons and online discounts. It looks like an eyelid piece of paper with eyeshadow on them that are in neat colors and designs... You supposedly just put them on your eyelid and peel them off and tada! Super funky make-up. I want that. Thanks!
