I know exactly how to get it but to keep it you need to use a base. I buy benefit you rebel, tinted moisturiser. Also, I use benefit high beam. Experiment with make up. The make up artist showed me this trick a few years back. Mix a bit of highlighter with the tinted moisturiser you wish to wear. Apply it evenly (you rebel works wonders!) and voila you have a natural looking glowing face, like a celebrity. However, benefit is not cheap, I could not say it would work as well with cheaper brands but you could always try! Also, you could use a highlighter above your cheekbones to give them a glow and then sweep over a bronzer.
