Does anyone know if you can legally sell BeautiControl products on Ebay?

• I know someone that sells BeautiControl products and they want to broaden their sales. I sell anything and everything on Ebay and had suggested to her to let me sell some of her stock product on Ebay, however she is not sure if she'll get into trouble for that or not. I have looked up Beauticontrol on Ebay and there are tons of BC products on there and they sell for a price that would give her a nice profit. Does any other BC sellers out there know if this is OKay with BeautiControl company?

  Hi Cookiemom, Manufacturers limit the distribution of their products to specific channels to be sure that their products don't become a commodity which would decrease its value. They also do this as a way of preventing the distribution of fakes. If they have this specific rule or policy, this should be clearly stated on their website. I checked the BeautiControl Website and they did not really specify if they do or do not allow their products to be sold on eBay. I assume that this is allowed, however, if you want to be really sure, then, it would be best to contact them directly.
