Does the ELF all over cover stick cover better than the regular ELF concealer?

What shade would fit me in the ELF All Over Cover Stick?

http://www.eyeslipsface.com/elf/face/concealer/all_over_cover_stick I'm super pale...this is my skin: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2848245258288&set=a.2848237858103.135658.1624145355&type=3 I THINK I have pink undertones in my skin but I honestly have no idea how to tell. I currently use Revlon Photoready concealer in 001 which is AMAZING but WAY too expensive for me to repurchase. I also use Revlon Photoready Foundation in 001, which matches my skin tones pretty well if that helps.
