How does a makeup artist use math for their career?

• For my math project I have to summarize my first paragraph about what career I want to have when I grow up. Then for the second paragraph I have to summarize how that career I chose uses math. I chose makeup artist for what I want to have as a career when I grow up. I already summarized for the first paragraph but for the second paragraph I'm not sure what to write. Can you explain how a makeup artist uses math to help their job? I honestly do not know. It could be any kind of math not just the typical math where you multiply and all that. It can be something that has to do with counting. So please answer this question if your a professional makeup artist or work as a makeup artist.
