How do you get a cat eye look?

Do any of you know how Psychobilly girls get their cat-eye look with their eyeliner to look so perfectly?

Check this kidd. i know a girlie that burns hard black-liner blow on it and then apply to eyes, wicked.

the best thing that works for me is after i put on eye liner on the top and bottom, i use a Q-tip to take off all the extra marks that i didn't want, and it gives you a perfect line....it works for me but you might need to practice also to make them look perfect. hope this works for you...

Lots of concentration and a steady hand. You would probably get a better turn out with using a pencil instead of the liquid. I would make sure that the tip of the pencil is sharpened to a good point to get a more perfect shape. You may be able to use the liquid liner to fill in spaces and get close to the lash area.
