Choose a tone of medium to thick texture foundation or concealer, make sure the eye area is well-prepped (eye cream but not too much). The shade should be the same or a hair lighter than your skin. Use your finger to pat and roll the product. Like a boat in the water. Press down and roll to blend. Press and roll. Press and roll. No powder. And do this step after the rest of your make-up is done.

Often dark circles are a manifestation of not enough water in ones system. Try drinking more water first.
