Does Sephora do your makeup for free if you purchase a certain amount of products/makeup?

My sis is going to prom soon and wants her makeup done so i'm wondering if Sephora will do her makeup free or at a low price for prom if I purchase some makeup at a certain price (example $50 or more)?
