What is the best concealer for dry and sensitive skin?

• I can't cover up blemishes any more because of my dry skin! I want it to be a drugstore concealer! Please don't say Maybelline dream mousse concealer.. I want the concealer to cover-up pimples, redness, and under eye circles! I want it to last at least 8 hours! I don't want it to be cake-y either! Do you think I should get a foundation too? I don't want to wear a foundation if I don't need too!

  You have to use a good moisturizer, like Ponds Dry Skin Cream before you put on the foundation. Foundation evens out your skin tone, so I recommend it, Revlon ColorStay Active Light Makeup, it's a very light feeling but covers well. I have acne scars and it covers those. And if you still have a few blemishes showing through, dab a little concealer AFTER putting on the foundation. But make sure you use one about the same color as the foundation or you will look like you have white spots on your face. Then use a LOOSE powder with a good brush over that. Pressed powder makes your skin flake more when you put it on. Trust me on this, I used to have acne AND dry skin, I know how tough it can be!
