Can i get my money back for g.l hair extensions falling out with my hair attached applied 14 days ago?

HI,i had great lengths hair extensions fitted on the 23rd of feb, i returned to the salon on the 25th as the colour didnt match{although i rang them on the same day they asked me to return on the 25th} so i went down i and they said that to get my blonde to match they would have to bleach all my caramel highlights on my own hair to match i said no becouse my hair is damaged from previous bleaching and it will result in breakage i said dye it dark although i didnt really want dark it seemed best option for them to look natural and keep my own hair in better condition, they did this and cut all my extensions to better blend in as it looked stupid{i only had extensions to 1 side to lengthen this my other side is short as i have short hair}this looked ok n i was bit disappointed but nothing i couldnt live with, so i left after 4 days all the dye had lightened n patchy i was a bit cheesed off but knew i could sort that in future, any way day 12 of the extensions i lost 5 all with my roots attached i rang salon they agrred to see me a week and 2 days after which is this coming friday 2 days away ive now lost 30 out of 60 extensions in less than 18 days 27 have all my hair attached as they are pulling from my roots snapping a few out of my head the extension is then hanging on a few strands till they fall out when brush pulling my roots with them, i rang citizen advice they said to get a 2nd opninion the trained technician said that they have been applied too close to the root on the top of my head and that my hair is damaged so this is resulting on them pulling my hair out as there too heavy for my hair and to have them removed?? im totally uspet ive got less hair than started with,im dark haired now and the extensions have pulled my roots out or are hanging on by a few strands,im back in the salon that did this in 2 days but he said IF they can do anything they will, surely they have to do something ??? can i get my money back ?? sorry for such long post ive used all the right great length products etc also i was never booked in for a follow up check which the girl had written on my reciept was 2 weeks time but never booked me in?

I do hair myself if my customers were not satisfied with the quality of my work, I would give them a refund if they did not wish for me to fix it. Hair extensions should not fall out in such a large quantity within the space of a month. When hair extensions are first applied, it should be at its strongest because it has just been fitted and has not been tugged on or washed that much. If you were experiencing breakage then that would be as a result of the dye but because the hair extensions are actually falling out it means the hair extensions were not applied properly. You should really chase this up as you have spent a lot of money for such a poor service. Two trips back to the hair salon is not a good look. Good luck hun
