  • Answer:

there is nothing wrong with the products that you are using pantene is acutally very drying to your hair. you just have overactive sebacous glands which are the oil gland that are in your hair follicle, alot of people have this problem, you just need to wash your hair everyday. Also it's normal to lose hair, unless your losing clumps of hair you don't have anything to worry about

All I can really tell you is that I have oily hair too. The Panteene shampoos and conditioners don't really help the problem. It might make it smoother but it can actually cause your hair to be more oily in some cases. What I do recomend is trying to not shower as much. becase if you do shower everyday you're stripping you hair of it's natural oils. Causing it to create more. So try to begin by showering every other day. Try shampoos like Head and Shoulder and use a little bit of conditioner. Here I asked a question about oily hair a long time ago. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhCNp.z_.mkusDv3sTkadznty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070713113646AAhk5cq Oh, and about the hair loss, normal or not, I think you should see a doctor just to be on the safe side. Ya know what, I have the same problem!! I figured out that since your hands have oil on them (naturally), everytime you touch your hair (or in your case, itch) the oil transfers from your hands to your scalp. Try brushing it often. and oily hair is normal if you are a teen and going into puberty and what not. Also using stuff like hairspray and gel makes it so that it doesnt look oily, and it smells nice.

I'm guessing you're a young teenager, it's normal. When i was about 12 or 13 my hair started to get really greasy, and because my hair's fine and blonde it looked worse! So i had to wash it every single morning to stop it going greasy throughout the day. Now i'm 15 my hair is not greasy every day and now i'm back to washing it every two days. The problem will go away eventually i promise :). If you dont' want to wash your hair every day put talcom powder on your scalp and where your hairs greasy - it absorbs the grease. It's really good i did that sometims when I was in a rush in the morning and it's exacly the same. Also. I think your hair loss is normal. I mean we have somthing like 700,000 hairs on our head, and when they fall out one grow back in it's place. Your shampoo can't make you go bald. Also try the vitamin BIOTIN it's so good for your hair it makes it thicker shinier and healthier it also helps it grow faster. If that doesn't work see your doctor, he'd/she'd probably prescribe you BIOTIN anyway. Sorry for the long answer hope i helped good luck xo

use loreal shampoo for oily hair , it works very well # Oranges and lentils offer an effective, inexpensive and natural treatment for oily, greasy hair. Read on to learn how to get rid of greasy hair with oranges and lentils. Things You’ll Need: * 1/2 cup lentils * Glass * Water * Saucepan * Orange * Tongs or a slotted spoon * Strainer * Bowl 1- Gather the supplies and materials you will need to prepare the treatment so that you will have them handy when you begin. 2- Clean and rinse your lentils in cool water, making sure that they are completely clean. Put your freshly rinsed lentils into a glass and fill the rest of the glass with water. Let the lentils soak for at least half an hour. 3- Peel the rind off the orange. Save the peeled orange for cooking or eating. Place the peeled orange rinds into the small saucepan and pour in enough water to cover them. Cover the pan and place it on the stove over high heat. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes. 4- Use tongs or a slotted spoon to remove the orange rinds from the pot of boiling water and set the rinds aside. Strain the water from the soaking lentils into a small bowl, setting the lentils aside as well. Pour the water from boiling the orange rinds into the bowl and stir well to combine the two waters. 5- Shampoo and rinse your hair as you normally would. Next, instead of using conditioner after your final rinse of shampoo, use the blended orange/lentil water to rinse your hair. Do not rinse out the treatment once you are done 6- Dry and style your hair as usual. The orange adds a fresh, citrus scent to your hair, while effectively helping to control the greasiness of your scalp and hair.
