What kind of hairstyles do guys prefer on girls?

I'd really like to know what kind of hairstyles guys like on girls because I have long, layered hair so I can do a lot of hairstyles with it :P Do guys like straight, wavy, or curly hair? Hair up in a bun? Ponytail? Different kinds of braids? I'd just like to know generally if a guy likes a certain hairstyle on a girl or just their natural hair. Thanks for any feedback :D OH, and girls, what are you favourite hairstyles to wear? :)

I have a preference for girls. I like the girl next door type. So I like simple. elegant and natural. Doesnt matter if its straight or wavy etc. as long as its natural and doesnt require upkeep. A girl who worries about her hair and looks continuously is a turn off.

I really like that freshly-straightened look. Starting at about 3-4 inches away from the top of your head,comb your STRAIGHTENED HAIR over. I think that looks pretty cute on a girl. FRESHLY STRAIGHTENED, THOUGH

Long, straight and natural. Short hair is a big turn-off and curly hair reminds me too much of middle-aged women.
