What vitamins are good for your hair/skin?

  • i am 16 yrs old, and over the years i been stressing out a lot. with school, stupid ex boyfriends, & just drama in general. I also made bad choices with dying my hair tooo much, and bleaching it too. so i stopped dying my hair, but now its still ver dry, frizzing, lack of volume, too much split ends, and thinned out. my skin is already developing deep laugh lines and im scared to get wrinkles, especially around this age. i heard One-a-Day woman is good, but im not a woman haha, im still a teen. so what vitamins should i take to grow healthier hair & skin?

    You should take Vitamins A and E if you want to improve your hair and skins. I've never heard of One a Day for Teens so yeah. But there are other ways to improve your skin and hair besides the vitamins. You can buy deep conditioners if you want to regain moisture and hydrate your hair. You can get products and sprays to reduce frizzing and to increase your volume. To avoid split ends, cut your hair immediately after you spot a bunch of split ends. Straightening your hair and blowdrying it also kills hair a lot. For your skin, look online for home remedies for the skin. Facial masks are also recommended. But you should also take vitamins while you are doing all of this as well

YOU SHOULD TAKE A ONE-A DAY FOR TEENS. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DRINK LOTS OF WATER BECAUSE THIS IS GOOD FOR HEALTHLY HAIR AND SKIN AS WELL. ALSO USE SUNSCREEN AND A GOOD MOISTURIZER. ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR NOT EATING ALOT OF JUNK FOOD AND FOODS HIGH IN PROTEIN. HOPE THIS HELPS!
