Girls pls help me.... 10 points for best answer! about my fringe?

  • i have medium hair and im gonna let it get long... this ''problem'' is about my fringe ... right now it is full fringe (bangs) and when i cut it everyone told me how nice it is and it suits me so much,, and before it was a side fringe but now i want to change my full fringe to side fringe again and when i ask my mother and friends if it will suit me with a side fringe they all say no and they prefer it to be full fringe on me ... im fed up with this full fringe cause when i go out and its really windy i get fed up trying to arrange my fringe all the time and i feel much more ''''me''' with a side fringe... i if you where in my position what would you do leave it full fringe ?(as all people say it suits you and its nice) or cut it side fringe ? (as you like it but other people don't think it suits you) ohh and by the way when i used to have a side fringe and it used to always stay like straight covering my eye what should i do to prevent my fringe to become really straight?

    i used to have a side fringe that was straight so i got a big full fringe.. Ive let it grow for a few months and it is long again. I'm thinking about getting a full fringe again.. So i'm sorta in the same position.. I you feel that you look better with a side fringe then do that.. get your hairdresser to style it a bit more so it isn't so straight : ) It may look better than before : ) Good luck!

I think you should do what YOU want to do. If you keep your full fringe just because everyone else likes it, you won't be satisfied with it, then you'll be unhappy. Trust me, whenever I do something because other people like it, I always feel insecure and ugly because it's not what I think is right for me. To prevent it from covering your eyes, just push it to the side or hold it in place with a clip. Usually you have to "train" your hair to go a certain way (like how you part your hair and then it learns to grow to that side until you part it a different way).

Go for the side fringe. Anything that you can do to feel better and more confident is the way to go. A little gel or hairspray should keep it on the side where it belongs.

first , you dont have to cut it different, just style it different you could clip like half of your full bangs back, you could take all of ti and style it over to the side look on youtube [ howw to style side swept bangs, ] or sidebangs, but mostly they are cut like bangs, most of my firends have side bangs, but they style them to be bangs, i cant really explain it, but search it on youtube. good luck [ iwould give you links but i dont know how long your hair is or how its cut, and there are wayyy to many ]

Hi! I am a hairstylist in a really great high end salon in Scottsdale. I just want to say it's your hair and you are the one who has to be happy and wearing it. You don't wear your hair to please others! I say grow it out and start wearing it to the side again. If its slightly to short to stay on its own just pin it to the side with a bobby pin that's close to your hair color and it will blend right in..plus its a cute look. I also had the straight across fringe and I grew it back out and now its right where I want it! Good luck! xo
