Try greasin it once 2 or 3 times a week. Also stop applying losts of heat to it. That can cause hair to break off too

Stop straightening it, first of all! That excessive heat is breaking it! You need to start drinking lots of water and take vitamins. Maybe go for a short cut to start get a healthy start.

Of course stop straightening your hair first! Try taking a zinc supplement - at least 50 mgs a day. It helped me when my hair thinned out due to side effects of medication.

Eat foods containing a high content of protein.

Use "Doo Gro." You can find it at Wal-Mart. Same thing happened to me 2 yrs ago. I had to go short to remove damaged hair, and now my hair is down my back. Good Luck

first. limit the time you are heating your hair ( aka blow drying, straightening). use a deep conditioner every time you wash your hair, and use a sparay on leave in conditioner that would work with your straightener.
