Places (or videos) for getting "The Scene" cut... ?

I live right on the edge of MN& ND right by Canada and my hair stylist is older and cant do "The Scene" cut like how I want it. Can anyone tell me someone a stylist who can do this style really good in about a 30 mile radius of Crookston, MN? Otherwise link a video that's really descriptive that could show me (or my temporary stylist) how to cut it. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!! Stars for all good answers:)

You could most likely get it at any other hair stylist in the area. Just bring a picture and they should be able to do it.
