How do I get 360' waves in my hair?

To get 360 waves in your hair, should you brush when you hair is wet or when it's dry?

• sometimes i brush my hair under the shower and when i take the du rag off, its like my hair is just flat, but not really any waves. and when i try to brush it when its try, it just seems to mess it all up and get frizzy and out of place. so when is the best time to brush your hair.? and does pink lotion work?

  YES PINK LOTION WORKS. When I was starting off, I used S curl. This works for people who do not have curly hair or not curly enough for waves. I would highly recomend it because you say your hair is flat. Brush your hair when you get out as well as while you are in. When you brush it when its dry and it becomes frizzy... IT happens to everyone. When that happens just put your du rag on for an hour and it will be back in place. It doesnt matter where or when you brush, as long as you are brushing waves will come, Just have patience.
