Will these ingredients in my hair greece help my hair grow more?

• The greece is called organic hair thickener. The ingredients are petroleum,rudol,bergamot,wheat germ oil,quinine,sulphate, cholesterol,vitamin E,honey, glycerin,and fragrance. My hair kind of came out when I left my braids in to long without greecing it. So can this Greece make it grow back.P.s I have rope twist in my hair with weave

  Greece weights your hair down and keeps if from breathing but if you have a dry scalp, you should use Bonner Brothers Extra lite Super Gro. I've been using it for years and has worked wonders ! I used to have dry damages hair w/ split ends and now its longer, very thick, and moist, not oily. I put it on to all of my friends and they love it.
