• so i herd that biotin pills make your hair grow SUPER fast like my friend her hair grew like 1/4 of an inch every week. but does it really make your hair grow that fast? and my hair grows very fast anyways but i want to grow it out faster for an occasion. so how fast do biotin pills make your hair grow?oh and when i get the length of hair that i want do i just stop taking the biotin pills? thanks

  I am taking a biotin hair, skin, and nails multivitamin right now. It has only been a few days but I think that my hair is definitely growing faster than normal. Maybe it doesn't necessarily make it grow faster but replaces nutrients that most people never get so that hair can grow at it's maximum speed since it is perfectly healthy.
