I need some tips on how to grow my hair faster?

take some fish oil pills...they help keep your hair healthy and helps the process of hair growth. also trim your hair every month. just like a half an inch.

Really the only things you can do are eat healthy, take a multivitamin either regular or one that is meant for hair and nails or prenatal vitamins. Massaging your scalp when you wash your hair will help with blood flow to the roots. Oh and one more thing, my sister tried the Ovation hair system for strengthening her hair. It worked great. Stronger hair grows much better. Kind of expensive but I'm thinking of giving it a try myself. And remember, slower growth in colder months and faster growth in warmer months. Aside from all of that, be patient and get regular trims to get rid of split ends that damage your hair making you need to cut more than you want.
