Can I bleach my hair when it's wet?

When you die your hair with "Splat Hair Die" can you just use the splat-oxide? i really dont wanna bleach it.?

  I use Splat all the time. It matters what color dye you have and what hair color you have. If your hair is really dark you need to bleach it, but if its light (mines light brown) you dont need to do any thing but the color. I use the red and the more you color it the longer it stays. Try not to get the color on your scalp or face it will stain every thing it touches. Hope that helps.
