What are the best winter work gloves?

Good winter work gloves?

• Does anyone know of any quality work gloves that are guaranteed to keep my hands warm? I work on a farm and during the winter, doing the daily chores is a pain. Every now and then, my gloves will get wet and then my hands are freezing and hurting the rest of the day. I also really don't want them to be to bulky because I need to use my hands to do various tasks, many of which I would need to take of those big, bulky gloves. I've tried the "Thinsulate" brand and my hands still get cold. What kind of gloves do people from Alaska and other really cold places use? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
