Where can I get the warmest coat?

Okay right now I live in Minnesota I have a suede & fur coat today it was like 7 degrees it's clearly not warm enough. I will be going to the mall of america tomorrow what will be a good warm coat?

A good goose down vest or coat is about the best I've found at retaining body heat. They are expensive, though.
