i need to know how to find the average number of times it snows in wasilla alaska. not total accumulations but actual snow falls. I tried NOAA's website but with no success

Answer:
Since 1950 the average number of days per season with measurable snow in that area has been about 48 days. Over the entire period of record, which began about 1916, the average is 42 days, so the frequency of snowfall there has increased somewhat.
