What are 6 changes in atmospheric variables that usually precede rain and 6 that precede fair weather?

If the weather man says that there is a 50% chance of rain and it doesn't rain, was he right or was he wrong

  • If the weather man says that there is a 50% chance of rain and it doesn't rain, was he right or was he wrong? I wish I could get a job like that!

  • Answer:

Neither and both lol I like seeing long range forecasts that claim 0% probability of precipitation - does that mean that rain is totally impossible?

Obviously, he was right. He correctly predicted a CHANCE of rain - not rain!

Good question...Did you know that when the weather forecast calls for a 50% chance of rain, that it doesn't actually mean a 50% CHANCE of rain......... What they are really forecasting is the chance of rain for 50% of the land mass of any given area.........

GUARD DOG

he is 100% right. bcZ if it rains his prediction holds good if it does not rain still his prediction holds good

Yog

he was right only when he gurantees the weather is he wrong

I would say he is 50% wrong, since he said that there is 50% of rain, not that there is 50% of no rain. :)

BibAnswer
