How can you tell the difference between implantation bleeding and your period??

  • i had sex 3 weeks ago..just got done with my period..or what i thought was my period..i explained this to a few of my friends and they think its implantation bleeding...just so happens to have started around the time i was suppose to get my period...i haven't had cramps and pains like this since b4 my daughter and that was over 4 years ago. its very light and i always have normal periods go every 28 days and i went 27 this time.....
