Questions that will be asked in an interview at a childcare center?

What kind of interview questions would be asked for a job at a recreational center as a childcare position?

  • What kind of questions will they ask me in an interview for this kind of position, if they even have an interview at all? It is a part-time job, and I am a 16 year old girl. What questions would they ask, and how would you respond? I am not very good at talking and wording things well, so could you help me?

They might ask if you have any felonies, experience with children, and why you want to work at the center. They may also ask if you're responsible, reliable, energetic, and how you would deal with certain situations ETC. Just answer the questions honestly, smile, and be yourself. No need to word things a certain way as long as you're being truthful. Good Luck and Hope you get the job! Hope i helped!?

Smart mama.
