Is 30 dollars too much to charge for babysitting two little boys for about 3 hours?

I know a pair of 3 and 4 year old kids and they are a handful. I dont know if most are but I know it can't be easy for a 3-4 time period. I would say it depends on the time of day or at night. I would ask for more at night and maybe also based on what you plan on doing like going to the park. But 30 is fair, I would have asked for atleast 40

For the two boys, I would charge $10 an hour. That would make $30 for the three hours so you are exactly on target! I babysit a LOT and that is what I charge. I wouldn't go any cheaper, babysitting is hard work and a big responsibility so you deserve to get paid well! Have fun, I hope this helps :)

That's the perfect amount. Some people charge wayyy too much. For example, I know this girl who charges 10 dollars plus 15 dollars per hour for every child. Or maybe it was the other way around. I have no clue. Basically what I'm saying, is that around 5 or 6 dollars an hour per child is the normal amount.

depends on your age. i am 19 and charge $12 an hour. so that would be $36 for the 3. i think if you are 16 or 17, $10 an hour is good, so $30 is good. if you are under 16, $8 an hour would be a good price to charge, so that would be $24

That's a very reasonable price I would be happy with that price if i were the lady $30 is the perfect price

It's on the lower side, but working for $10/hour will make sure she hires you again.

Ask for like 25. That way, she'll know you don't want a whole lot of money, and will call you again if she needs a babysitter!

Id say $20 because you aren't watching them for very long. I have a two and four year old and they aren't that bad
