How do I delete items in my directory?

How do I delete items off of my TARGET baby registry?

• I see a link to add items, I cant find where to delete them. Everytime I sign on Target, it makes me change my password, which is annoying, but once I sign in I STILL cant find out how to delete items on the registry. Can anyone walk me through it if you know how? Thanks..

  I was having the same problems as you. I went to sign in and entered my email address and password didn't go by name...it took a while to load then went to gift registries and list at top clicked on it then went to manage registry then scrolled down and logged on just by name clicked on search then it took me to my registry and i was able to have full access to it and add and delete items. It's a pain in the @$$ but it worked, hope it works for u. Good Luck and congrats on your baby.
