When I have a child when I'm older will it have a chance of getting blue eyes?

I have brown hair and brown eyes. My father is the same and so are my siblings. My mom has black hair and brown/green eyes. They change color depending on her mood. Her father's side of the family has blonde hair and blue eyes because most of their parents were born in Italy. My dad's dad's side some of them has blonde hair and blue eyes also. My three uncles( my mom's brothers) have brown hair and green eyes. I heard my dad's mom has blue eyes before her eyes turned gray, not sure about that. My grandfather had brown hair and brown eyes I'm guessing. My mom's mom has brown hair and brown eyes. My mom had told if I have a kid with a guy who has blue one of my kids can have blue or green eyes then the other will have brown eyes. Is this true?

I have brown hair and brown eyes, my husband has brown hair and blue/ green eyes. I have 3 boys, all with brown hair. My oldest has blue/green eyes and my other 2 have bright blue eyes!

Depends. Blue eyes is a recessive trait, not dominate. Brown is a dominate, so most likely it will have brown eyes. So whoever the father is will reveal the eye color. I'm in seventh grade and I knew that

Yeah its possible. I have blue eyes from my dad (all my siblings do too) but my mom has hazel eyes. My cousins daughter has blue eyes but hers are brown. You never know lol

There's definitely a chance, but it's a pretty small one. It would also depend on your future husband's genes too though
