What exactly is the job of a Sky Nanny?

How should I quit my nanny job when I am moving to another nanny job - only been there 2 months?

• I have been nannying for a family with three great kids for two months. The parents, however, are NOT great. They are manipulative and selfish and they never see their kids. So, I have a new nanny job that will probably be taking. I am trying to think of a way to quit, giving two-weeks-notice to be nice, but effectively cutting the apron strings without them thinking it is the kids fault, but maybe explaining to them that it is their fault for trying to lessen my wage several times AFTER it had been agreed upon and for continuously changing my schedule at the last minute. What should I say to the parents when I quit?

  Be honest.They need to know so maybe they won't do it again to the next nanny.Be sure to tell the kids so they won't think it was their fault.Maybe if the kids know whats going on they can keep an eye on their parents.
