Does anyone know of any legit websites where I can print coupons for FREE grocery items?

Now that the economy is so bad, my family's budget is so tight, as I'm sure are many of yours as well. I was wondering if anyone knew of any legit websites where I can print coupons for free food, buy one get one, and so on. Currently, I receive a few in my email, but not on everyday type of items. SO does anyone know of any that have everyday items for free or close to it? Thanks so much!

well, i know in my area they don't really accept internet coupons unless it's from the grocery store's website, so you should try there first. and then your sunday or wednesday edition of your local newspaper is loaded with savings and coupons as well. you should go to the sites of the products you use most because they have coupons there as well.
