Ultrasound technician question ?

Answer:
I'm looking into the same career. From what I've researched no. You have to go to school and learn how to do ultrasounds on all parts of the body for males and females. Then if you chose to do only ultrasounds for pregnant women you'll have to apply for a job at and obgyn office... which are hard to get so you might have to spend a couple years at a hospital or something doing all ultrasounds. You can either go to an ultrasound tech school or radiology and learn how to do xrays and ultrasounds. It's a hard job market right now so it's best to consider all options. Good luck :)
