If I'm giving someone a diaper cake for their baby shower?

In my opinion, a diaper cake is enough and you do not have to give a second present. You can add a few (inexpensive) things for baby in your diaper cake anyway, such as a cuddly toy for the top or some bottles of baby bath and baby spoons etc. so there will be presents other as diapers included anyway.
