    I looked for work-from-home jobs for over a year and freelance writing is the only one that worked out for me. I'm certainly not making enough to support a family, but have found that I can make some extra income. Good Morning America contributor Tory Johnson ran a great series on work from home jobs last year - I've provided a link to some of her findings (so that you can see other work from home jobs if freelance writing is not for you), as well as links to freelance writing sites and telecommuting statistics (it's really hard to find work from home jobs for a reason - there's just not that many legitimate jobs out there)

Honestly, have you looked into Ebay.. I know it sounds crazy but there is potential to really make some decent money there just selling off your old stuff.. Especially since you have children, you can sell their old clothes..

maybe look into during online surveys for money or possibly doing one of those things where you stuff envilopes and mail them to people.

i want to do that to, but i am not sure i can. i know i need to keep working where i am at for the money and insurance, but then i will need a babysitter. I dont know how anything will work yet.
