What is the difference between having scarred and blocked Fallopian tubes?

Blocked Fallopian tubes "failed" laporoscopy -TTC and unsuccesful !!!!!?

Hello, Ive been married and trying to conceive without any success for about 2 years. Ive recently decided to go to my OB/GYN for help. In the second consultation with him he suspected of blockage of the fallopian tubes and scheduled me for a laporoscopy to unblock them . Time elapses and my surgery is finished and Iask for the outcome and he replies "found and ovarian cyst (bening) and severe adhesions in the fallopian tubes to the point where one just twisted together, the only option to conceive is In Vitro Fertilization". I was just devastated that i can't conceive naturally , motherhood is the best thing that could happen to a woman.So before i go through IVF and the enourmous expenses that come with it ; what do you suggest for me to be able to have kids of my own?, has anyone been in my situation?, any success stories??? would i need a series of laporoscopic surgeries to get my tubes clear???...Thanks in advanced!!!

I had the same problem and unfortunantly i ended up going with ivf & it worked our first try, im pregnant!! goodluck & i hope things work out for you!
