A pain on the left side of my chest/heart?

If any ovary (right or left) can release eggs, why do you feel pain in the right side when it implants?

• My fiance and I are trying to have a baby. I thought I was having every pregnancy symptom in the book. But now I'm feeling pains in my lower-LEFT abdomen. If an egg is released from the left ovary, does it always go to the right side to implant? I've heard a ton of women say they felt pain in the right side before getting their BFP's. Couldnt an egg release from the left ovary and implant on the left too? Wouldnt that mean that I'd feel pain in the left side? Its just that so many women mention pain in the right side and not the left. I've been feeling this pain on my left for about 3 days now. I spotted yesterday (light brown), but I think my period is starting. I just want my lil girl. I'm so depressed right now as I'm losing all hope that its my time for another baby. :(

  I don't know what the pain is, but depending where you are in your cycle it could be from implantation. Whenever I look anything up, they say there is no reason for you to feel anything during implantation even though some women claim to. I've been having a pain on my left side as well for the past three days. My period is not due for a week and a half so I'm chalking it up to my own insanity or gas. I wish you luck!
