Lost it....chemical pregnancy. What now?

Sorry for your loss. My husband and I went trough a miscarriage at 11 weeks. Unless somebody has gone through a miscarriage they'll never understand. I think you can try again the next month after a chemical pregnancy. Not sure about the fertile thing but I have heard that too. I hope the fertile thing is true. Baby dust to all TTC.

OH NO!!! poor you....I'm so sorry for your loss I think you can start trying right away and I also have heard after a mc you are more fertile.... best of luck...and like my husband keeps trying to remind me "everything happens for a reason" babydust

I miscarried also, so I know how you feel. I would ask your doctor when they recommend to start trying again, but I think it would probably be okay to start right away. I have heard that you are fertile after a miscarriage too, but I don't have any idea whether or not there is any truth to that.

Aw, hunny! I'm so sorry!!! I really wish the best for you and that you have another BFP real soon. I don't know how long you should wait to try again, I have never been in that situation, but I have also heard that you are more fertile after a MC, but you also need time for you and your hubby to heal from hurt... i'm sorry for your loss. i just had my 2nd miscarriage in 2 years (march 2). had a DnC on my birthday (happy birthday to me). with the first, i was pregnant with 3. when i had the miscarriage everything came out; i bled for about 4 days; went to the doctor; everything was fine. a year later i found out it was pregnant again. got to be 12 weeks, then woke in the middle of the night with PAIN. went to hospital e.r., was told i was having a miscarriage and to make an appointment with the women's health center. a week later i was having a DnC. the doctor told me that because i didn't need a DnC after the first one (because everything came out) it was probably a bit more difficult for me to get pregnant again. now that i have had one i will most likely be more fertile because it's so clean in there. he also told me to wait at least 3 cycles before trying again. again, i am sorry for your loss. we are women, we will succeed in our endeavors!

i dont know if thats true but i know that around day 7-14 of your cycle you're most fertile.

Im not sure what a chemical pregnancy is but after trying for 6 months I finally got pregnant but I had a miscarriage on December 29th and a D&C on January 6. On January 20 was my check up and my doctor said I could start trying again right away. On February 11 I got my period and on March 12th also. We have been ttc since January 20th. So Im not to sure about being more fertile after, even though I have heard a lot of people say that. Good Luck to you and your husband!

Everyone says you are, I miscarried Dec 08, 2008 and still haven't fallen pregnant. But hopefully your situation is different. Sorry about the way your feeling but soon you will learn everything happens for a reason. After that everyday is easier. Hope this helps, a little at least :)
