What will regulate my period cycles to avoid getting pregnant again?

  • After posting my last question, I found out I was in fact, pregnant. According to women's health site, it stated that I conceived 3 days after my period ended. My husband & I are Catholic & don't use any contraceptives other than abstinence and avoiding my "more fertile" times, or so we thought.
