How to get pregnant on irregullar period

  • We trying to get pregnant about 3 years and i have a iregular period.... last year i have ovarian surgery after 3 month i get pregnant and having misscariage.....and my period still irregular and my doctor give me provera and clomid but still nothing happen i use clomid like what my doctor told me... 2 weeks after that i got period and never come again now i 3 month without periods i'm canot use clomid again because i dont have period ...my question is...how to get pregnant on ireggular period and how long until you get pregnant on irregular period??

    After coming off my pill in jan (this year) My periods were irregular too. All i done was kept having sex. Try not to get worked up about it tho, i started to get a bit down when i came on each month as soon as i relaxed and had more fun in the bedroom ( And took folic acid) i fell pregnant and now expecting a little girl :). Ask your doctor about Progesterone therapy to regulate your period. Your period is triggered by the sudden change in the hormone progesterone. BUT ovulation (which is what you need in order to conceive) is triggered by a surge in the Lh hormone. Progesterone therapy regulates your cycles exactly like birth control, BUT without the estrogen. Birth control stops conception by confusing the body into thinking that it is already pregnant (high levels of estrogen). Without this estrogen, Progesterone therapy regulates your periods, WITHOUT preventing pregnancy. It is not a method of birth control. Talk to your doctor and Good luck!
