Implantation bleeding? Or something else?

Could this be implantation bleeding or something else?

• I was convinced that this was our month, We've just started ttc but in the past I've concieved pretty easily and quickly. My period was a few days late, took a couple of tests all came back negative, including one at the Emergancy Room this past weekend, I have a kidney infection, another weird thing since the only time I've ever gotten them is when I was pregnant. Woke up this morning to what I thought was AF of course I was pretty dissapointed since we really want another baby. Now I'm not sure if it was AF or not, It stopped within a few hours and hasn't come back. I know I had something like this with my first pregnancy but that was 8 years ago and I can't really remember how long it lasted or what it was like. How long should I wait to take another test, well if it really doesn't come back I guess, although I've never had a period start and stop on the first day.
